Roma are chasing Deportivo La Coruna defender Fabricio Coloccini.

Roma chiefs are seeking a quickfire deal for the Argentina international, who would swap a relegation battle in Spain for a title tilt and Champions League football with the Giallorossi.

Coloccini isn't Cup-tied from Europe, which has convinced Roma to push through a January deal for the centre-half.
