AS Roma president James Pallotta is delighted with their progress since buying the club last year.
Roma are now a clear threat to Juventus' domination of Serie A.
Pallotta said in London: "We have the most passionate fans, all they are after is transparency and honesty.
"Is Rudi Garcia our Sir Alex Ferguson? We are trying to build a path for many years to come, we are thinking of the next 20 years ahead.
"And our players? They have contractual terms at an average of three-and-a-half years, we are not trying to trade them.
"Serie A's TV rights are much lower than those in the Premier League, but they will improve. Increasing the digital revenues for Roma is vital, but we would never be able to cable Rome - you would dig not half a metre and come across a chariot."
