AS Roma president James Pallotta says he didn't need long to make a decision about coach Rudi Garcia.

Garcia was unveiled as new coach by Roma last week.

"I met Garcia in New York and after an hour I realised he would be the right coach for us who would stay for a long time," said Pallotta.
