AS Roma director Mauro Baldissoni has hinted president James Pallotta has convinced Mehdi Benatia to stay.

Pallotta is understood to have met privately with the Manchester City and Chelsea target this week.

Baldissoni said: "The President loves talking to the players and he spoke to all of them."
