AS Roma president James Pallotta insists Rudi Garcia will remain as coach.
Reports had been circulating of a Giallorossi summit which involved the discussion of a possible successor to Garcia.
"I read the papers and I don't understand these senseless articles," Pallotta said. "Rudi is our Coach and I haven't spoken with anyone but him.
"Earlier this week we discussed how to help each other to improve Roma.
"We hired a new medical staff team that is working very well.
"Yesterday [board members Walter] Sabatini, [Italo] Zanzi, [Mauro] Baldissoni and [Frederic] Massara had dinner with us and were being updated on the work we were doing.
"They were all very impressed with how far ahead we were."
