Roma insist there is nothing untoward over Julio Baptista missing tonight's Europa League clash with MFK Kosice.

Baptista has been linked with West Ham United and Inter Milan.

"Julio is injured, did some tests and will not leave with the squad. The transfer market has nothing to do with it," insisted a statement on the club's website.
