Gazzetta dello Sport says Roma coach Luciano Spalletti has already recommended the Russia international to his board for the summer market.
Should Manchester United meet Roma's £20 million asking price for Mirko Vucinic, Spalletti wants the funds raised to be channelled towards bringing Pavlyuchenko to Italy.
