Roma have stepped up their interest in Manchester United attacker Memphis Depay.

TMW says after Mohamed Salah suffered a serious injury, Roma have intensified their contact with United for the Dutchman.

Roma chief Frederic Massara has opened talks with United officials over a loan deal for Memphis.

The Giallorossi plan to take the winger on-loan to the end of this season with the option to sign him outright for €25 million.

Everton, Tottenham and Olympique Marseille are also being linked with Memphis.
