Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger faces losing Gael Clichy this summer.
The Daily Mail says Wenger faces a battle to hold on to left back Clichy after Roma made it clear they are ready to offer him a staggering £30m in wages over a five-year contract.
The 25-year-old, who has one year left on his Arsenal deal, is the subject of a £5m offer from Liverpool but had been leaning towards negotiating a new contract with Arsenal.
Roma coach Luis Enrique and sports director Walter Sabatini are willing to offer players plus cash in a £7m deal.
