Another American has joined the front office at AS Roma.

Italo Zanzi has been named new chief executive, replacing Mark Pannes in the role.

The 38-year-old New York-born administrator has previously worked as Deputy Secretary General at CONCACAF and also as marketing vice-President at Major League Baseball.
