Roma midfielder William Vainqueur is interesting Crystal Palace.

LaRoma 24 says talks have accelerated between Roma and Hamburg over the midfielder.

The Eagles are understood to be one of several clubs in Europe interested in signing the 27-year-old Frenchman, says the Croydon Advertiser.

Vainqueur has failed to make an impact in Italy, making just 16 appearances for Roma after joining them last year.
