Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan says they need to reign in talk of the Scudetto.
Roma strengthened their chances with victory over Lazio on the weekend.
But Nainggolan says: “We've talked about it too much in the past, now we just have to take it one game at a time and then we'll see.
“As for the Champions League, we want to qualify as soon as possible."
He added: "I took some painkillers for the match against Lazio, I wanted to be there.
“I think I'm at 80-85 per cent of my capacity, I felt a bit of pain in Saturday's game. There's nothing I can do if I get injured, I would have liked to play against Mexico and Japan and I hope to take every little chance to show what I can do."
