Roma midfielder Perotta insists ownership change has not affected players

AS Roma midfielder Simone Perotta insists the change of ownership has not affected the spirit within the club.

The Sensi family sold the club to American investor Thomas Di Benedetto.

"Our hunger for victory remains the same as it always was. Roma have had something of a revolution in terms of owners, directors and Coach, but the squad is largely the same and that's positive," continued Perrotta.

"We have brought in young players who already have quite a lot of experience, like Bojan Krkic, Erik Lamela and Jose Angel.

"Overseas clubs are more accustomed to playing youngsters than in Serie A. We also have Gabriel Heinze, who further strengthens our defence."
