Roma medical chief Pierpaolo Mariani says Francesco Totti is fully fit.

"From a medical point of view the recovery is complete. For me his treatment is finished," said Mariani.

"He had a knock that was received from (Inter Milan defender) Maicon, which forced him to stop again, but there is no element of alarm. They are little things which always happen for athletes recovering from such surgery."
