AS Roma management are keen for Adriano to drop some kilos.
Gazzetta dello Sport says Roma are keen for Adriano to take as long as possible to recover from an ankle knock in the hope that he will slim down.
Interviewed in Brazilian newspaper Extra, Adriano even said: "I think that I still lack a little match fitness.
"I arrived in Rome and weighed 104kg [in reality it was 106kg] and now I weigh 99.9kg [at Trigoria they say 102kg].
"I need to lose another couple of kilos to get in shape. Anyway, I am happy and I will be better when my girlfriend Danielle arrives.
"She is resolving problems linked to our children's documents."
