Roma management delighted with De Rossi commitment

AS Roma management are delighted to have convinced Daniele de Rossi to pen a new contract.

The midfielder agreed terms over a new deal last Friday.

Roma chief Claudio Fenucci said: "He is one of the cornerstones of this team for the future and we worked hard to renew his contract.

"There was also a great show of faith on his part, this decision makes us very relaxed for the future."
