Roma are set to launch a fourth bid for Leicester City winger Riyad Mahrez.

The Serie A club had their third bid of 32m rejected by the Foxes, but it is believed they would be able to get their man with an offer of £40m.

Mahrez handed in a transfer request earlier this summer, however, the Foxes have insisted that they want to keep their former PFA Player of the Year.

The Algerian is expected to be named in Leicester's opening Premier League game against Arsenal on Friday.
