AS Roma have entered talks with Manchester United over a deal for Daley Blind.

Sky Italia says Roma are pushing to sign Blind before the market shuts on Wednesday.

The Dutch defender is said to be enthusiastic about the idea of joining the Giallorossi.

Blind's deal was due to expire in June, though United can trigger a clause to extend it by another year.

He is likely to arrive at Roma as a replacement for the Chelsea bound Emerson Palmieri.
