Roma and Lazio are following Dinamo Bucharest defender Cosmin Moti.

Moti's agent, Ioan Becali, said: "The central defender Cosmin Moti, of Dinamo Bucharest, is liked both by Roma and Lazio. So far no formal talks have been held, but during the Euros, I cannot exclude them.

"The cost will be approximately £4 million."
