AS Roma goalkeeper Julio Sergio is joining Lecce.
There were reports that Brazilian shot-stopper Julio Sergio was heading to Sampdoria, but the 32-year-old's agent quashed those rumours.
"There has been no official contact with Sampdoria and we already have a deal with Lecce, which should be finalised next week," Alessandro Lucci told Primo Canale Sport.
"Sampdoria are an important club with ambitious projects, but there have been no negotiations and the agreement with Lecce is basically done."
