Bordeaux rep Marius Tresor has revealed Manchester United defender Mikael Silvestre has received an offer from Roma.

"For Mikael Silvestre, I'm afraid it's complicated," Tresor told RTL radio station. "I recently met him in the West Indies.

"He told me he was at least approached by Roma.

"And as far as both teams are concerned, there's a risk a permanent move to Roma is more attractive than a loan to Bordeaux."
