Roma GM Mauro Baldissoni admits transfer interest could unsettle defender Kostas Manolas.

The Greece international's agent has confirmed the interest of Manchester United and Chelsea, while also revealing Arsenal failed with a bumper bid last summer.

Asked about Manolas' situation, Baldissoni said: "Manolas is a very strong player, so it's normal for him to be followed by many clubs.

"No one has come forward at this time, and we have no interest in selling him. But, often, in these specific cases, this can affect the will of the player.

"We will have discussions with him about extending his contract."
