Roma and Fiorentina are following Corinthians midfielder Elias Mendes Trindade.

Elias, 23, is being followed by English and Italian clubs, according to local sources, including Roma and Fiorentina.

The midfielder's registration is shared between three investment companies and he is currently tied to Corinthians until 2011.

The Brazilian giants rate Elias in the £2.2 million class.
