AS Roma face a battle to keep hold of coach Rudi Garcia.
The Frenchman has led Roma to Champions League qualification at his first attempt this season.
Sportmediaset says PSG intend to sack coach Laurent Blanc in the summer and replace him with Garcia.
PSG are prepared to buyout Garcia's contract, which runs to 2015, from Roma.
