UEFA has fined Roma £18,000 after crowd disturbances in the clash against Chelsea on November 4.
The fines were punishment for incidents which included flares being lit and passageways being blocked, which are against UEFA's strict laws on spectator behaviour.
Marseille, Feyenoord and Deportiva La Coruna also received fines for crowd trouble.
