AS Roma are shopping in England for a new striker.

Gazzetta dello Sport says Roma are keeping close tabs on both Aston Villa forward Christian Benteke and Everton frontman Romelu Lukaku.

However, the Giallorossi are not prepared to meet Villa's €45m asking price for their Belgium international.

And the Romans are also set to be priced out of a deal for Benteke's international strike partner at Goodison Park, although they have not given up hope of negotiating a deal with one of those two clubs.
