Roma defender Burdisso convinced of Scudetto push

Roma defender Nicolas Burdisso makes no secret that they're chasing the Scudetto.

Coach Claudio Ranieri has been reluctant to talk up Roma's chances, but Burdisso, who remains owned by Serie A leaders Inter Milan, is adamant.

“There has certainly been Scudetto talk for a while now, whereas two years ago when I was at Inter, Roma only found themselves challenging in the final rounds,” said Burdisso.

“Now there are nine games to go and only four points separating us. It’s another reason for us to keep pushing.”
