Roma coach Luciano Spalletti is unsure if Jeremy Menez will be staying.

The midfielder has been linked with a return to France and Spalletti said: "I think he has the characteristics to play in Italy, but he is a shy and introverted guy.

"We just need to help him to prepare the right way with his physical work and to be tougher into the challenges."
