Roma coach Claudio Ranieri has paid tribute to his time in England with Chelsea.
Ranieri admits working in England is a lot more relaxed than Serie A.
He said: "In England there is more constructive criticism and the people are accustomed to thinking in a more sporting manner. There's no stress or constant drain on your mental energy.
"At Chelsea we never went into a ritiro, those pre-match training camps that are so popular in Italy. We ate at 11.45 at the stadium, after the game whether we won or lost, we would still talk to the fans in the same way.
"Your brain isn't chewed up before a match. Instead in Italy we have so much tension before kick-off that if it doesn't go the way we expected, we feel totally lost."
