Roma coach Claudio Ranieri says he'll miss Jose Mourinho.

Mourinho's departure from Inter Milan was confirmed by president Massimo Moratti last night - with Real Madrid now set to discuss compo terms for the Special One.

"I will miss Mourinho," said Ranieri. "He was a good character and Italy will miss him.

"I hope we can face him in the Champions League."

On talk of Real moving for Daniele de Rossi, Ranieri added: "No chance. De Rossi is part of the reputation of Roma."
