Roma coach Claudio Ranieri believes Inter Milan would have to implode if they're not to lift the Scudetto this season.

Ranieri insists the only way Inter will not win a fifth straight Serie A title is if they "give it away".

"Inter are of a different planet," said Ranieri. "Only they can lose the scudetto.

"We just have to remain calm and point towards finishing in the top three positions."
