AS Roma coach Rudi Garcia wants a reunion with PSG midfielder Yohan Cabaye.

The pair worked together at Lille before Cabaye left for Newcastle United.

Il Messaggero says Garcia has requested football director Walter Sabatini to make Cabaye's signing a reality.

Cabaye has struggled for first team football at PSG since quitting Newcastle in January 2014 and with the Euros looming, is concerned he could miss France selection.

Garcia would happily install Cabaye as his prime playmaker should he agree to join Roma.
