AS Roma coach Rudi Garcia is eager to deflect praise coming his way to his players.
Roma are to of the table with seven wins from the opening seven games of the season.
"We need more for the team than just a Coach. It is also often easier to talk to a few people than to the whole squad. I know that those players will report my thoughts and that I will be heard.
"It is clear that I am the one making the decisions, but it is like being the boss with a management that is a bit more active than usual," said Garcia.
