AS Roma coach Eusebio di Francesco feels Cristiano Ronaldo's arrival is a great fillip for Serie A.
The former Real Madrid star completed his move to Juventus yesterday in a €112m deal.
Di Francesco said: "Cristiano Ronaldo? He will be an added value for Italian football, when we play against him, he will need a little more attention."
On Roma's new signing Javier Pastore, the coach insists he will have fight for a starting place.
"Pastore? In the meantime he has to train well to win a starting shirt, but I'm not stupid and I already know what he could be for the team.
"Everything starts from the weekly work, I like how he's approached it, he already looks like he knows how we play."
