AS Roma coach Eusebio di Francesco admits Kevin Strootman is in talks with Olympique Marseille.

As bid of €25m has been accepted by Roma.

“There are these negotiations in progress and the various parties are evaluating it," confirmed Di Francesco.

“We'll see how he is in training today and discuss the situation with him. As far as I am concerned, whether the psychological focus is on the game or not, he will be called up as part of the squad."

He added: “I haven't spoken to the player yet, but right now we are talking about something that isn't definite yet. There are negotiations, it is concrete, but not finalised. At the end of the day, we all have to share decisions.

“I am a Coach and the team comes first and foremost."
