AS Roma coach Aurelio Andreazzoli stands by his team selection after their Coppa Italia defeat to Lazio.
There are reports Pablo Daniel Osvaldo was shouting at the Coach after the final whistle, as he only came on for the last 15 minutes.
"I would without doubt make the same decisions again," Andreazzoli told RAI.
"I wanted responses from my players and a battle emerged on the field that was very hard fought. As often happens in these cases, a moment of luck tends to be decisive.
"Roma weren't very dangerous, but neither were Lazio. It was a balanced encounter and nobody wanted to lose, of course. We rather cancelled each other out.
"I didn't like this game in terms of technique, but I was impressed with the passion and determination on show."
