AS Roma coach Aurelio Andreazzoli admits they're using Borussia Dortmund as a building model.

The Giallorossi are rebuilding their squad this season.

Andreazzoli said: "Our plan is to construct a club on the Borussia Dortmund model, but as always the enemy is time. In 2006 Borussia were nearly bankrupt, but with Jurgen Klopp turned everything around and make lots of money due to their high ticket sales. However, they had time and patience.

"There need to be many improvements, both in terms of the squad and the environment around the team. Roma aren't delivering right now because of many factors, such as the media, the fact so many players were changed and excessive pressure. We all need to work on our defects if we are to follow the Borussia model."
