AS Roma are set to win the race for QPR goalkeeper Julio Cesar.
The Brazil international has been linked with Arsenal after expressing a wish to remain in London next season.
But TMW says Roma are in advanced talks with Julio Cesar about a return to Italy and are a step away from sealing a deal.
