AS Roma chief executive Italo Zanzi is pleased with the impact of coach Rudi Garcia.

Garcia arrived from Lille last month.

"Rudi is a very serious man," he told Roma Channel. "That is very important for us.

"We are seeing that he is doing good work and the players are responding well.

"We have all confidence in the Coach and the team."
