AS Roma sporting director Walter Sabatini is delighted with the team's run of winning form.

The Giallorossi have won three games on the bounce.

"We are a group of strong players and serious professionals," he told Corriere dello Sport. "There is a great union and the team has had the strength to get up after the derby.

"They are meeting the needs of the Coach [Zdenek Zeman] with a great spirit of sacrifice.

"Zeman's football requires all the players to be synchronised, and it is with that in mind that I hope to build this club's identity."
