Roma sports director Daniel Prade is confident of keeping hold of coach Claudio Ranieri.

Ranieri has been linked with the Italy job.

But Prade said: "I don't believe Ranieri intends to leave Roma for La Nazionale. His national team is Roma and he has the desire to win something important with Roma.

"He is happy to be here. I hope his time with us will be as long as possible."
