Roma are interested in Atalanta winger Ferreira Pinto.

The Brazilian, 28, has emerged as a top target for Roma chiefs, concerned with the lack of wide-players Luciano Spalletti's squad currently boasts.

Having lost Amantino Mancini, Ludovic Giuly and Mauro Esposito, Roma management are convinced their poor form is down to a lack of effective wingers and have Ferreira Pinto, along with Inter Milan's Victor Obinna, under consideration for the January market.
