AS Roma are joining Juventus in their pursuit of Manchester City defender Matija Nastasic. Juve remain favourites for the young centre-half and are willing to meet City's £12 million asking price.
However, Roma chief Walter Sabatini invited Nastasic's agent, Fali Ramadani, to Trigoria for talks yesterday.
Sabatini isn't ready to pull the trigger on a deal, but wanted to register Roma's interest in Nastasic with the future of Mehdi Benatia still clouded.
Bayern Munich made an approach to Roma on Monday for Benatia.
