AS Roma have made contact with Galatasaray striker Didier Drogba. The Chelsea legend is off contract in June and is keen to play on next season.

Le Sport 10 says Roma coach Rudi Garcia has asked his board to move for the Ivorian and talks have been initiated with his camp.

Drogba's agent also was in Turin last week to meet with Juventus officials.
