Roma captain Francesco Totti will be punished for claiming Inter Milan 'stole' two Scudetti from Roma.
The League's disciplinary commissioner Stefano Palazzi is currently deliberating Totti's punishment after he made "damaging judgments on the prestige, reputation and credibility of referees, federal institutions and a club [Inter] operating in the ambit of the FIGC."
Totti had said: "The problem is that the others are strong, but they are also protected by everyone.
"There are always mistakes and you always try to think that they were made in good faith.
"They should use video technology and do something, but at the same time it would be a different League and this is why they don't do it."
