Edin Dzeko has taken to Twitter to express his gratitude to former club Manchester City.



Dzeko has joined AS Roma on a season-long loan, with the Serie A outfit reportedly paying £2.9million for the 29-year-old, with an additional £7.9million due if the move is made permanent.



The Bosnia-Herzegovina international posted a Tweet thanking his City teammates, club staff and fans for their support during his time at the Etihad Stadium.
