AS Roma coach Rudi Garcia was pleased with Lukasz Skorupski's performance in defeat to Juventus.

Morgan De Sanctis was injured, so Polish 23-year-old goalkeeper Skorupski had his first Serie A start.

"We knew he was very good, but he needs to play so we can see how he handles the pressure," said Garcia.

"Tonight in front of 60,000 people against the Serie A leaders was a tough test and he passed it."
