Roma blow golden chance to bottom team Reggina

An injury hit Roma has blown two points after defensive errors cost it a win away to bottom placed Reggina. Roma went into the clash without Francesco Totti, Julio Baptista, Vincenzo Montella, Simone Perrotta, Marco Cassetti, John Arne Riise and Christian Panucci and also lost Mirko Vucinic before the match with the flu.

Despite the long list of absentees, Roma was expected to take the three points from the bottom team.

Two penalties converted by David Pizzaro allowed Roma to fight back from a goal down to take a 2-1 lead into the dying minutes of the match before a glaring defensive error by first gamer Simone Loria allowed Reggina's Ciccio Cozza to tap in the easiest of goals.
