Roma have struck terms with Arsenal for goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny.
The Daily Star says Roma have reached an agreement with the Gunners to take goalkeeper Szczesny on a season-long loan deal.
The Pole lost his place to David Ospina as Arsene Wenger's No.1 last season and his opportunities were expected to be further limited by the arrival of Petr Cech from Chelsea.
Roma are believed to be paying in the region of £700,000 to take the 25-year-old to Serie A.
The Italian giants had hoped to sign him permanently but their proposal did not suit Szczesny or Arsenal.
