Francesco Totti admits he's had a "mixed" 2013 with AS Roma.
The captain wished supporters a Merry Christmas on Roma Channel and was asked what he'd like to find under the tree.
"I'd be banal if I said what I'd like. I will try in every way to give myself a wonderful gift, but above all I'd love to give the fans a huge present that they deserve more than anyone.
"It has been a mixed 2013. The first six months were shaky, we could even say ugly, while we all wanted this start to the new season. We hope to continue like this in 2014, that is the most important thing."
